Oligohydramnios: Noticeable Symptoms

Almost certainly not. If you have too little fluid in your amniotic sac, you are unlikely to be aware of it unless testing is performed. You may experience wetness between your legs if your amniotic sac has ruptured and the fluid is spilling out. The size of a pregnant woman’s belly can also be used to determine pregnancy. If her belly is substantially smaller than predicted in the third trimester, oligohydramnios may be the cause. This is, however, merely a rough and arbitrary guideline that cannot be used as definitive proof.
