I suffer from chronic constipation. How can I reduce this problem?
I would recommend that you increase the fibre in your diet, drink at least 2.5 to 3 litres of water a day. Exercise is a must. Please avoid any kind of laxatives, including so-called ‘herbal’ laxatives, as healthy laxatives. Almost all of them are habit-forming and potentially do great damage to your digestive system.
